Not for Treatment, Emergencies, or Clinical Advice
Our social media pages and direct messages are not monitored for clinical care or emergencies and are not HIPAA-compliant. Do not share personal health information (PHI) via comments or direct messages. For confidential matters, please use secure channels provided during intake. Direct Messages (DMs) & Comments
- We do not use social media DMs for scheduling, clinical questions, or ongoing communication.
- We may not respond to comments or messages. If a response is needed, please use our Contact page.
- To protect your privacy, we may remove comments that contain personal information or sensitive details.
Follows, Likes, & Friend Requests
- We do not follow or “friend” current or former clients’ personal accounts. Doing so may compromise your confidentiality and our professional boundaries.
- If you choose to follow or like our pages, be aware that others may infer an association with our practice.
Tags, Mentions, & Public Interactions
- Please avoid tagging, mentioning, or publicly identifying us as your provider. Your privacy is important, and public interactions may reveal your treatment status.

- Ethical guidelines and privacy laws limit how we interact with online reviews. We cannot acknowledge client status in response to a review.
- If you choose to post a review, please consider your privacy. We will not request reviews and will not offer incentives to do so.
